Why not get more exercise and eat a healthy diet snack such as some fruits, veggies, legumes, unprocessed meats, and yogurt instead of buying processed foods? After all, isn’t that what our ancestors used to do?
This is one of the trends that we are likely to see a change in the next few years. It is estimated that within the next ten years, almost half of all fruits and vegetables will be processed instead of raw.

It is expected that trends like these will continue to shape our eating habits and possibly even define what we eat for many more years to come. It is likely that as the years pass, we will become less aware of the real ingredients that make up the vast majority of foods that we eat.
