If you’re in the mood for a quick and easy meal, bake a few cubes in the microwave and then wrap each piece individually in aluminium foil and pop into the oven on the lowest temperature setting to cook until the tofu is tender.

You can even marinate the tofu and keep it in the refrigerator until ready to serve. for a few hours or overnight. The great thing about marinated tofu is that you can use the marinade for tofu appetizers, salads or other dishes where the tofu will work into the theme.
