Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Disease Top Herbal Treatment
Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis (AHN) is an extremely rare but potentially fatal condition that affects the liver. Acute hepatocellular nephritis (AHN), also referred to as Hepatic Acute Disease (HAID), a chronic disease characterized by bloody, thinning and necrotic tissue in the liver. AHN is characterized by significant deterioration and death of the hepatic function and can be life-threatening, especially in elderly patients.
Patients with Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis are often elderly patients with no history of previous liver cancer or hypersensitivity to an antigen. Patients can have both AHCN and HAID, but typically HAID is more prevalent than Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis.
Patients with Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis frequently have a high concentration of bilirubin in their urine
Bilirubin is the primary cause of Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis, as it combines with other substances produced by the liver to form bilirubin. Bilirubin is often present in the urine of AHN patients and is deposited into the bile. The accumulation of bilirubin and other substances results in a decreased production of bile acids, resulting in the thickening and inflammation of the gallbladder.

If a patient’s liver becomes too swollen for normal digestion, it may produce scar tissue. As the scar tissue grows, it decreases the number of bile acids the liver produces. This, in turn, causes the patient to produce less bilirubin and produce more bilirubin protein.
Bile is secreted by the pancreas and is required for the breakdown of fat. Bile acids help in the absorption of food nutrients from the food we eat. When we eat a large amount of fat, the bile acids are produced in higher quantities than necessary, but as the liver cannot metabolize all the bile acids in the body, some are not absorbed.
As this process occurs, the bile acids build up in the liver and cause pain and damage to the liver. If the liver does not produce sufficient bile acid, the gallbladder becomes enlarged and the flow of bile into the small intestine is reduced. As gallbladder failure occurs, fluid builds up in the abdomen, causing
- Discomfort in the abdominal area
- Difficulty swallowing
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Cramps and
- Pain in the abdominal area
Because the bile cannot pass through the gallbladder and digestive tract, symptoms may vary depending on the patient’s diet and the severity of the disease. Patients with Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis may also experience
- Fatigue
- Pain and fever
- Abdominal pain
- Weight loss
- Nausea and vomiting
If the condition is allowed to progress and the bile production of bile declines, liver failure may occur, which results in death if not treated promptly.
